The South Korea U16 National Team fell to Jordan 59-62 in their final Group C qualifying game at the FIBA U16 Asian Men’s Basketball Championship 2023 in Doha, Qatar on Monday. With a 1-2 record in qualifying, the team is third in the group and in contention for a quarterfinal berth against the second-place team from Group D.

Kim Tae-in (14 points) and Eddie Daniel (12 points) led the team’s offense, but the team shot just 20% (8/39) from three-point range.

At the beginning of the game, the Korean National Team lost the lead to Jordan. Down 1-8, the team responded with a basket by Daniel.
