After a shaky start to the match, T1 pulled off an upset in both game content and set score to advance to the winner’s bracket with one set to spare.

T1 won the third set of Game 1 of the second round of the ‘2023 League of Legends Champions Korea Summer’ playoffs at Roll Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul on Tuesday to take a 2-1 set lead over KT.

After taking the lead in the early jungle phase, KT managed to get a kill on the top lane to create a jungle difference, which they used to take control of the entire game. T1 went on a second Baron hunt that would decide the game, and KT was unable to stop them, giving up the kill and the Baron buff.
